My most favourite delicacies for Eid this year.




Malam raya, my wee brother brought home 3 boxes full, order dengan kawan katanya.  Buka kotak...tengok rupa, cium bau, terus terkenang balik zaman sekolah rendah dulu...


OMG...Mak pernah buat kuih ni! Dan rasanya sangat nostalgic...lemak santan, wangi pandan... =P~




Just imagine, kat KL baru meletup orang buat jual, padahal for the 1st time kitorang makan, belasan tahun yang lalu...with recipe recommended by Cik Yam, my Singaporean aunty.

Mak dengan segera menyelongkar koleksi resipi dia.


Resipi hilang.




Raya pertama, dapat 3 versi resipi sekaligus: 2 from Cik Pah and 1 from Cik Yam (according to her, this kuih is really popular in Singapore).




Akhirnya, 200+ biji berjaya siap semalam. =))

My 1st homemade mac and cheese

Tiba-tiba pagi tadi kecur sangat terkenangkan mac and cheese.  Terus mencari-cari resipi online, and my search for a few good ones berjaya jugak.  =))


Simple but yummy indeed.

  
Actually, I planned to have this for dinner, but it ended up being my late night snack.  Still hot from the microwave oven. 

And I had 2 portions of this much... =P
