Allah Knows Best =)

But you may hate a thing which is good for you, and love a thing which is bad for you.  And (remember) that Allah alone knows (all these things) but you do not know.

~Surah al-Baqarah 2: 216

(Usually) vile women are for vile men, and vile men are for vile women.  And (on the other hand) good women are for good men, and good men are for good women.  These (good) people are innocent of what people say (by way of calumny against them); for them (the good people) there is forgiveness (from Allah) and a most excellent sustenance.

~Surah An-Nur 24: 26

O Men! Truly We have created you from a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes that you might get to know (and be kind to) one another.  The noblest of you in the sight of Allah is the one most conscious of Him among you (not in accordance with the nobility of lineage or ethnicity).  Truly, Allah is Most knowing, Most Aware (of your state and deeds).
